About Me

I’m Jessica Wyckoff — a 25-year-old artist, wife, and mom of four. Creativity has always been a part of my life. I grew up surrounded by art, inspired by both my mom and my grandma, who are full-time artists. Their influence encouraged me to see the world through a lens of beauty and color from a young age.

I didn’t go to college or art school. Instead, I graduated high school, got married, and stepped into motherhood — the greatest blessing of my life. During those early years, painting took a back seat as I poured myself into raising babies. But as time went on, I began to feel the familiar pull to create again.

After having our third baby, I found myself craving a creative outlet during the quiet(ish) spaces of the day. I pulled out my old supplies and set up at the kitchen counter. The older kids played around my feet, while the baby was in the front pack nursing and sleeping. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was full of joy. Painting brought clarity and calm — a gift from the Lord in a season that was full and beautiful and overwhelming all at once.

Art has become not only a personal expression, but a way to slow down, notice beauty, and give thanks. I hope that when you see my work, you feel the joy that I have while creating it — and the reminder that God’s world is full of wonder.
